With over 30 years of experience former Olympic Gold Medalist, Olga Korbut, offers fitness training from a beginning level up to and including Olympic athletes. Still in excellent condition at age 50, Olga will pass on her knowledge to assist you in losing weight, look and feel younger, and build a more flexible and strong body.

The program is based on gymnastics warm-up and conditioning exercises. Olga understands the mechanics of the human body and can show individuals how to stay in shape with minimum effort and maximum results. Still in excellent condition, Olga will pass on her knowledge to assist others in losing weight, looking and feeling younger, and building a more flexible and strong body. Olga’s principle strength as a gymnast was her originality. She was (and is) extremely flexible and agile due to her training. Olga has developed her routine into a program that anyone can follow. From her 10-minute stretch warm-up to her full 30-minute workout, whether you are a 16-year-old girl, a 44-year-old homemaker, or a 30-year-old man, you can follow her program and ”wake up” the muscles inside you. This workout was created in order to stay in shape, get in shape, or even for the simple feeling of nostalgia it will bring.
